Pork and Bramley Bake

Take 1 lb new potatoes and 2 small onions and slice into wedges.

Place in a roasting tin and toss with 4 whole cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.  Season and bake at 180C/Gas 6 for 15 mins

Stir in 1lb peel and cored Bramley apples. 

Lay 4 pork steaks on top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of dried sage.

Return to oven for 20 mins until pork is golden.
